Warranty
New equipment carries OEM Warranty according to their terms and conditions. (OHC) equipment, 6 Months. (SV) equipment, 90 Days. Our Warranty is liminted to repairing, replacing or refunding at our discretion. On occasion we can offer (SV/OHC) equipment from the OEM's that carry a 1 year Warranty.
Returns
We will accept equipment returned for refund or credit within 30 days with a 20% re-stock / re-cert fee. The equipment must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. All returns are subject to our inspection. There are no returns after 30 Days unless agreed to by APG in writing and according to our terms.
Please call your salesman for a RMA number prior to returning any equipment so that we can provide proper return instructions.
Shipping

We provide shipping services daily via all major carriers, UPS, FedX, DHL Worldwide, and freight carriers upon prior approval. We do not offer shipping via USPS normally, however if this is a priority for you, discuss this option with your salesperson.
Tracking numbers are available upon request, so that you may follow your package while in transit. All shipment will be insured for your protection.
Shipping rates vary and are determined by weight, dimensions, carrier and country. International customers will be responsible for all charges pertaining to customs, duties and taxes including VAT charges where applicable.

Our sales team is on the forefront of Avionics and have the knowledge to guide you, answer questions, make recommendations, or if you know what you are looking for, take your order and get it out to you, many times within the same day. We have decided that to offer the very best service, cut down on incorrect purchases, and to check availability due to constant stock rotation, speaking with a one of our professionals will remain the best way to purchase, however if you prefer you can email or fax and we will be happy to process your request in that manner.

We accept all major forms of Credit Cards, C.O.D., wire transfer, paypal, personal check, with a 10 day hold before shipping, and of course cash is always welcome.
Our credit card authorization is available in PDF form on this page, you may print off, complete and email or fax to 941-637-0388. If you are paying by wire transfer, you may obtain the wire information from your salesperson.

Our Qualifications
APG-Eastern has a Seven man sales force formed with Six Licensed Pilots, two are licensed CFII's, our FAA Certified repair station # N10R037B Techinical Staff must participate in mandatory training which is intended to maintain the highest standard of qualifications.
