APG History
Aviation Partners Group, Inc. (APG ) was formed in December 2004 by Boris Nekrasov, Natasha Nekrasov and Mike Clayton. Boris and Natasha Nekrasov,the owners of Nebo Service Russia, had strong desires to have a business in the USA and teamed with MIke Clayton to form APG. Boris Nekrasov is an Aeronautical Engineer and formerly worked in the Russian Space Program. Mike Clayton the Owner of Atlas Airparts International had vast experiences in the International Avionics Brokerage Arena, the three Partners teamed together and subsequently formed Aviation Partners Group Inc. APG is now a Major Force Internationally in the Sales and Service of Aviation Products and Equipment.
In August of 2007, APG purchased Atlas Airparts International, Eastern Avionics International and Eastern Avionics Radio Shop; afterwards they merged the former firms into the new entities, APG-Eastern Avionics and NAS / APG Avionics installation and repair.
Aviation Partners Group Inc. remains the Parent of the new companies:
APG-Eastern Avionics International, NAS / APG Avionics, and Nebo Service Russia LTD. Boris Nekrasov is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nebo Service Russia, Mike Clayton is the Executive Vice President and Managiing Partner of both APG -Eastern and NAS / APG Avionics. The acquisition and merger of the firms brings us our Power of Three Slogan, and the consolidation of the various firms enabled us to be a Global provider in the Avionics Industry,
